Northamptonshire
Mencap has an established presence in Corby and Northampton offering employment training for people with a learning disability, learning difficulty or autism. All of our programmes include job coaching support.
Supported Internships: 16-24 year olds with an EHCP. Runs from Sept - July and includes 300 hours minimum work experience in a placement tailored to each learner in the local area.
Traineeships: 19-24 year old (no EHCP). 16 week programme including minimum 100 work experience. This programme is predominantly focused on the logistics sector.
